If your DNA paternity test was a standard ‘peace of mind’ test, there is generally no need to retain the samples, and we destroy them immediately we send out the results to you. On the other hand, Legal or Court Admissible Test samples have to be kept for six months at no extra charge. We can do the same for your standard test samples at an additional cost, and you will have to let us know if you want us to do that for you.
